Is there any general advice you would give in the employment area in the Republic of Armenia?

The main advantage in the employment area is a low cost and a relatively high quality labor force. International best practices in production and business management, as well as finance and law are widely used. Many domestically employed young professionals get educated at the top school in US and Europe, and get experience in foreign firms. They facilitate to bridge the gap between Armenia and Developed Economies.

Also employers benefit from both almost zero influence of Labor Unions on labor markets and the absence of class actions against businesses.
